Frequently Asked Questions

Still have questions? I love curious people. Reach out and let’s talk.

  • I offer private one-on-one sessions, small-group private classes, and occasional public classes. Sessions may include yoga, Reiki, or a thoughtful blend of both—depending on what you’re looking for and what your body (and nervous system) are asking for.

  • All classes are intentionally capped at 10 participants max. Smaller groups allow for individual attention, meaningful connection, and a more spacious, supportive experience.

(Translation: no disappearing into the back row.)

  • Not at all. My work is designed to be approachable and adaptable. Whether you’re brand new, returning after time away, or deep into your practice, you’ll be met exactly where you are.

  • Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-off) energy practice that supports rest, clarity, and balance. People often describe feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, or mentally clear. Many people feel like they’ve taken a good nap, while others literally do.

  • Yes, and it’s one of my favorite ways to work. Sessions can weave together movement, stillness, breath, and energy work in a way that feels cohesive and deeply supportive.

  • Private sessions allow for fully personalized support—movement, breathwork, and/or Reiki tailored to your needs, goals, and energy that day.

Small-group classes offer that same care, with the added magic of shared experience.

Both are wonderful. One is quieter. One has witnesses.

  • Rather than an automated booking system, I currently invite you to reach out directly through my contact page. This allows us to connect briefly and make sure what you’re looking for is a good fit.

Human-to-human. Super retro but quite effective.

  • Yes. I offer Reiki I training and will be announcing upcoming dates soon. If you’re curious, keep your eyes peeled or reach out to be added to the interest list.

  • Sessions are held in at my home in Vitality Yoga studio, and details are shared once we connect.

Occasionally, small-group offerings may be held outdoors or in special locations.

Private one-on-one yoga and Reiki sessions can also be held in your home or office.

  • That’s more common than you think and completely okay. Reach out anyway. We’ll talk it through and find an offering that supports where you are right now.

    No crystal ball required.

  • My work draws from Hatha and Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, connective tissue function, metabolism and digestive health, and yoga philosophy.
