About
Andrea Stuart
I fuse the ancient practice of yoga and its traditions with humor, evidence-based science, and practical insight because meaningful change doesn’t require stiffness or solemnity. My work is grounded, curious, and deeply human.
I draw from extensive study with medically trained teachers and therapists to create practices that are functional, approachable, and designed to meet people where they are rather than where they think they should be.
I created Vitality Yoga as a safe and welcoming space to explore the unfamiliar, whether that's a new way of moving, breathing, resting, or listening inward. It's a place where restorative habits can take root on the mat and in everyday life. Sometimes restoration looks like a yoga practice. Sometimes it's a better night's sleep or finally giving yourself permission to pause. Learning here isn't abstract; it's felt. Visceral. Lived.
My true love lives in private sessions and small groups. Working one-on-one or in an intimate setting allows me to listen deeply and tailor practices that meet the whole person physically, energetically, and emotionally. These offerings may include yoga, Reiki, or a thoughtful blend of both, always with the goal of helping people cultivate greater resilience, ease, and nervous system health.
As a wellness provider, I weave together my passions for Hatha and Yin Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, Ayurveda, connective tissue function, metabolism and digestive health, and yoga philosophy. My approach is informed by my training as an E-RYT 500, YACEP, and Reiki Master, along with years of personal practice and teaching.
Vitality Yoga's mission is simple: to make yoga and wellness approachable and accessible while helping people cultivate vitality through movement, rest, and nervous system health. Whether you're seeking strength, steadiness, deeper sleep, or simply a little more breathing room, you'll be met with curiosity, compassion, and plenty of room to be human.
"Honoring all aspects of yourself, you're encouraged to feel whatever arises and to cultivate acceptance for every part of your journey. Join us as we laugh, learn, and grow together, navigating the path to self-compassion with courage.”
“Every body is a yoga body!”
